OUR PROCESS

If you are planning to built a new house, a commercial space, or renovation of your space, as a client
it is important for you to know that a number of tasks need to be carried out before the design work can begin.
So, we kindly request our client to visit us at least 3 to 5 months in advance.
Step 1 :

Step 2 : 
Meeting is undertaken either at your place or our office depending on the type of projects. For residential project , ensure that both partners are present at the first meeting.

Step 3 :
We will visit and walk through the space to analyze site conditions and for taking measurement and photograph. We will review architectural plans if existed.

Step 4 :
We will discuss your ideas, vision, requirements, goals , preferences , dislikes and budget. If you have gathered pictures of your needs, or wish list , it might help us.

Step 5 :
We will discuss the project stages and details about how we work which includes steps , teamwork, timeframe, packages we offer, budget and costs, terms and conditions and things you should know as a client.

Step 6 :
We will get back to you with a second meeting once we have developed your project brief, expectations, project scope, timeframe , and estimate cost of your project from start to finish.
Step 7 :
We shall discuss in detail how products and services will be procured and on what basis, and how any building work will be tendered for.
Step 8 :
Once client approved of timeframe, project scope, estimated cost for both materials and labours, terms and conditions, we will invite you to get an a New adventure with our team.
Step 9 :
Based on client needs , our involvement in the project, and budget we will submit a contract outlining the scope of the work to be completed and the terms and conditions to be respected that define our working relationship with our client.
Step 10 :
Once contract is signed by client and submitting with deposit . We shall proceed with stage 1 up to completion of your project stage 13. (Stages depends on your project scope)
CLIENTS

▪ Client shall note that timeframe depends on project size, client demands, materials and product availability, strike actions, illness, weather conditions, labours flexibility and budget or any unforeseen discoveries.

▪ Client shall be prepared for such delays that can be out of our control and we kindly request patience throughout this process.

▪ It is usual to have a contingency sum in your budget (often a percentage of the total cost of the project) to cover any unforeseen problems which may arise.

▪ Our team is here to advice on how the work is to be tendered for or carried out and will monitor the progress of the work to ensure their design is being faithfully implemented.

▪ Our team shall manage your project by contract services with all contractors & sub contractors , by tracking delivery and inspection of materials  and products, by preparing for installation and follow up after installation.

The key to a successful outcome is a good & clear communication and a little patience on both sides.
